1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of ouibel.com, its language versions, subdomains, the client area and the network status page, published by Jordan Lallemand under the trade name Ouibel (see the legal notice). Browsing implies unreserved acceptance. Orders are also governed by our terms and conditions.
2. Access
The website is free to access, without guarantee of permanent availability. We may change, suspend or remove all or part of it at any time, without notice or compensation.
3. Client area
The client area is reserved for customers and partners. Users provide accurate information, protect their mailbox and login means, report any suspicious use immediately and are responsible for all actions from their account. Accounts are personal; a business customer may authorise its staff under its responsibility. We may suspend or close an account for false information, breach of these terms, security risk or prolonged inactivity.
4. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to: access or attempt to access any account, server, database or non-public area without authorisation; perform penetration tests, vulnerability or port scans, or bypass any security measure without our prior written consent; scrape, extract or copy the website or its data by automated means, or reuse its content, including to train AI models; decompile or analyse our code beyond what the law allows; overload our servers or send spam or unlawful content through our forms; impersonate any person, Ouibel or its customers, or use our name, logo or content misleadingly.
Such acts may constitute criminal offences, including unauthorised access to and sabotage of computer systems (Belgian Criminal Code, Art. 550bis and 550ter), and lead to immediate blocking, preservation of evidence, a criminal complaint and a claim for full compensation, including technical investigation and legal fees.
5. Reporting security flaws
If you discover a flaw, write to info@ouibel.com without delay with a description allowing us to reproduce it, without exploiting it, accessing or keeping third-party data, or disclosing it before it is fixed. A good-faith report under these conditions will not lead to any action on our part. No reward is due.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its code, design, texts, images, logos, the Ouibel brand and its databases are protected and belong to Jordan Lallemand or his partners. Only personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Any other use, including reproducing our texts, quotes, mock-ups or layouts, is prohibited without written consent and will be prosecuted. Code and content carry origin marks proving their source.
7. Content sent by users
By sending messages, files or content, users guarantee they hold the rights and that the content is lawful, and authorise us to use it to handle their request and perform our services. We may refuse or remove unlawful content.
8. Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Linking to ouibel.com is allowed if not misleading, not harmful to our image and without framing our pages; we may request removal at any time.
9. Liability
Website information is indicative, without guarantee of completeness, and is neither personalised advice nor a binding offer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from use or inability to use the website, interruptions, errors, viruses or malicious acts of third parties. Users indemnify us against claims arising from their use of the website in breach of these terms.
10. Personal data and cookies
See our privacy policy and cookie policy.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time; the version online on the date of your visit applies.
12. Governing law
Belgian law applies. If a clause is held invalid, the others remain in force. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of Namur, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue before the court of their domicile. The French version prevails.
